The was an error in the events as originally published. They have now been corrected. These events are based on what was discussed with Fred and what has been submitted to the RCBC.

This change was made based on a request by one of our contest directors to change what was up. It doesn't sound like everyone is on the same page. Please discuss with all parties (contest directors) and then let us know what we are really doing here in this forum. sorry for the confusion, just trying to follow orders.

Neal,
Fred and I discussed the events for our March Section Meet at the last meeting. A NAR Section Meet is allowed up to 40 points for events. The points are weighting factors dependant on difficulty of the event and the engine power. The weighting factors are as follows:
A Parachute Duration=7
C Streamer Duration=10
Open Spot Landing=4
B Boost Glider=19
This equals a total of 40 points. If we were to go with C-BG, which equals 20, we would be over the 40 pt limit. B)

I just noticed you put in B Streamer instead of C Streamer which also brings the WF down to 40. I will need to talk with Fred and see which events he submitted to NAR.

Post edited by: BruceBell, at: 2006/02/20 17:48
