March 20 Launch Featured

The weather looks great, the equipment should be ready to go, the porta-potty is lined up...

We are go for launch! This coming weekend (March 20 and 21) will be UROC's first full blown sport launch of the year. It's time, we've all waited long enough and its time to shake the winter crud off and see some old friends. The launch will be taking place at the Pony Express Test Range and anyone is welcome to come and watch. Members can fly for free and non-members will need to pay a $3.00 range fee to fly.

If you havent' been out to a UROC launch in a long time, this should be a great one to come out to. Dust off those rockets. Dave Urbanek of "Rocky Mountain Rocketry" will be on hand and will have motors for sale.

Flying will begin as soon as the range is set up. So the more people
we have out there around 8:00am the better.

We look forward to seeing you out there!
