First Launch of the Year Featured

Weather permitting... UROC members will be at the Pony Express Test Range on Saturday, January 21st. This will be a short launch and will be held as a "Misfire Alley" meaning that everyone needs to bring their own launch equipment. The flying should begin around 9:00am and continue until everybody has had enough. UROC President Mitch Adamson will be conducting this launch and will be traveling out to the site early Saturday morning to check the conditions. If the mud and snow isn't bad then the launch will be a go. Mitch will be contacting the webmaster early Saturday morning so that we can put up a cancellation notice if neccesary. So please check this site prior to heading out.

UPDATE: 8am Saturday, January 21st

Mitch arrived at the site a few minutes ago, the ground is frozen, it's sunny, and there's no wind. So... The launch is GO.
