April Back On - Sort of

UPDATE: As of 11:00am UROC VP Bruce Bell called with an update to the previous scrub. He says the launch is on as a misfire alley. He says the ground is wet but drying out and it is navigable. He has also indicated that the launch will take place tomorrow again as a Misfire Alley (Weather Permitting). As always check this site before proceeding out.
