UROC's Vice President Kelly Hall and his son Kage have finally gone over the edge, or at least they will be when the jump into Utah Lake in the middle of February. They will again be participating in the Special Olympic's Polar Plunge.
The Polar Plunge is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations and businesses to support Special Olympic's Utah athletes by collecting pledges and donations for being brave enough to jump into the frigid, icy waters of Utah Lake in the middle of winter. The Polar Plunge is a fundraiser benefiting Special Olympics Utah.
Its purpose is to simply raise funds to enhance Special Olympics' mission: To provide year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
