NARAM 52 - A Rare Opportunity for UROC Featured

PC_1The rocketry clubs of Colorado, New Mexico and Utah (That's us!) are hosting the 2010 NARAM-52 (52nd National Association of Rocketry Annual Meet). The event will be held at the S.C.O.R.E. (Section #632) launch site which is located on the Hudson Ranch 17 miles SW of Pueblo, CO. The official dates are from July 30 (friday) through August 6 (friday), 2010. The host hotel is the Pueblo Clarion Inn.

As a co-host of this tremendous event, we hope that there are many UROC members considering attending the launch and making a show of support for rocketry in the Western United States. This is the first time in 10 years that a NARAM is in the western U.S.. Another 10 years may go by before we have another.

This may be ONLY opportunity that your kids will be able to fly as a Junior at a NARAM without having to travel across country.. Even if you are a die-hard HPR only flyer, don't pass up this opportunity for your kids. Its a once-in-their-lifetime event for them. While they are on the NARAM contest range you can be competiting on the HP sport range.

Visit the Peak City Website for registration and event details.

We hope you can make it!
