A huge thank you to everyone who came out to help with the equipment trailer cleaning today! It’s often a thankless job, but it’s incredibly important for our club. We were thrilled to see so many friends, including some we hadn’t seen in a while.
Special shout-outs to Jason Farnsworth, Paul Joyce, David Anisman, Spencer and Amanda Pratt, Jed Marti, Michelle Baker, Matt Dahle, Doug Hillson, Ryan Terry, and especially Ben Cook, who has been incredibly generous in storing and
maintaining the trailer — it makes a world of difference, Ben!
Today, we managed to clean out almost 1,400 pounds from the trailer. Some of it will go into a storage shed, and some will be disposed of. The great news is the trailer and equipment are in good shape overall! We have a few updates and improvements to make, but we’re well on our way to being ready for the flying season when it returns.
