Three Great Choices - Wendover, Nevada
Definitely one of the great things about launches on the flats is the proximity to lodging. The launch site is literally 10-15 minutes away from a number of hotels, casinos, restaurants and shops.
We have partnered with Wendoverfun.com to make sure to get the best possible rates and facilities available near the launch. Wendover Fun is providing us with 3 different properties for you to choose from. Each one of the properties has their own unique flavor and amenities.
It's important to note that regardless of the property you choose to stay at, Wendover, Nevada provides a free all-time shuttle service between all of the hotels and casinos in Wendover, Nevada. (They do not provide service to the hotels in Wendover, Utah.)

The hotels accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Personal or Business Checks will not be accepted unless special arrangements have been made.

Please note that the cutoff date to make your reservations is July 16, 2021.

A 48-hour cancellation notice applies to all individual to book and pay group reservations and can be made through Shannon Reed.
When you arrive at the hotel for your group event, please check into your room at the hotel front desk. To help with this process please provide the front desk clerk with the following:
1. Photo Identification
2. A credit card for room incidentals or a $50.00 cash deposit is required. (Charges to your room are from using room amenities such as Pay-per-view movies, telephone, video games, etc. If you do not use any of these amenities your room bill will not be charged.)
